New 403(b) Regulations Likely to Impact Retirees

Last summer the IRS issued new regulations for 403(b) plans, the tax deferred retirement plan available to public school teachers. If your current vendor does not make the new list you may have to open up a new account with an approved vendor in order to continue to save for retirement. For more information on how the changes are likely to impact you, see the Q and A in the January issue of The Advocate.
